    After you have checked out, you will receive an email from Polybonk. This email will contain two links; one for the MP3 format, and one for the FLAC. These are only valid for ONE click. The file download will also be available in the File area of your account page. If you wish to download both formats, you must select BOTH links. The MP3 link will NOT activate a FLAC download, and vice versa.

    Once in the "My purchased files" page, simply click on the track you wish to download and your file download will commence.

    Do I need to be logged in to purchase music?

    No. You do not need to create an account to download music from Polybonk. Once you checkout an account will be automatically created to allow you to download your purchases. The automatic account will use your email address as a username; alternatively, you can specify a username and password during checkout if you wish.

    The purpose of this automatically generated account is to allow you to return and download your purchased music multiple times. This saves you the trouble of transferring music if you wish to download it onto multiple computers.

    How do I check my order's status?

    To view the status of your order(s), click on the "Order status" tab in your account page. This will allow you to view the cost, date and status of your order(s).

    How do access the details of my subscription?

    Click on the "My subscriptions" tab on your account page. This will give you information regarding your subscription. You can check the time remaining on your subscription here. You may also select options for email notifications regarding your subscription, including whether you want to receive reminders about expiration and auto-renewal.

    How do I unsubscribe?

    To unsubscribe, go to "My subscriptions" or "Product subscriptions" which can be accessed through your account page. Click on "Options" at the far right of your subscription information, and un-select "Automatically renew subscription before expiration". This will terminate your subscription at the end date indicated under the "Expiration" heading for your most recent subscription.
