Back on track

I'm not sure if you've noticed but it might seem like there isn't much happening at Polybonk.com. Sadly this has been true with regards to new releases but things are looking up.

As mentioned in a previous post we have been working on improving our sound quality. At Polybonk's studios it seems like we are having breakthroughs nearly every week in sound quality and music production.

To give you a taste of what's to come, here's a sneak preview of a new track from the new album by The Pleasure. This awesome album will be released very soon!

The main reason for the lack of updates is, to put it bluntly, the foundations on which Polybonk was built were crap. Polybonk has had to start from scratch so many times that I've lost count. There's good news though, Polybonk is all working now. Subscription works, single sales work, everything works like a charm.. except for a few bugs that only exist if you are using Internet Explorer 7 - sorry guys. It should be fixed soon though.

In the works

Polybonk is looking into releasing monthly Polycasts - I mean podcasts. This is not definite and but I'll keep you up to date on how it pans out. Another work in progress is a new method of browsing the tracks. We are in the middle of looking at how to develop visual waveform display instead of tabs. Here's the concept.

What's most important to us at the moment is getting things back on track: releasing new albums, replacing old albums with the newly mastered ones, and finally turning on subscription!
